Orders and Shipping
Most of the time we post items out the same day the order is received, however it may be sent next day. With it being free delivery all items are sent 2nd class standard via Roal Mail. Most items arrive within 2 to 3 days, however at times due to industrial action or bank holidays this can take longer but is out of our control.
When you place an order on our website you are given the opportunity to cretae an account. As you enter your address details there is a small box near the bottom you can click and this will create an account for you.
If you want to change your shipping address you must contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed we are unable to change the shipping address. Please note if your shipping address is different to your registered card address you must ensure you enter details for shipping.
All orders currently ship via 2nd class standard. We collect a post office receipt with a reference number and can provide this if requested. We expect all orders to arrive within 2 to 3 days. However on bank holidays and weekends you can expect to add on an extra day or 2.
Not automatically. The default is no. Hoever when you place an order you have the option to securely save the card details into your account. The encryption is handled by the card payment processor.

Unopened items can be returned within 2 weeks from the date the order was originally placed. We will refund (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 days.
