• Overseeding

  • Why overseed your lawn?

Lawns can lose up to 20% of it's grasses each winter due to harsh conditions, disease, and being walked upon over winter.

Scattering new seeds every year is therefore a highly recommended task to help keep your lawn thick and lush.

Overseeding done on your lawns will typically require preparation of the lawns by raking(scarifying) and hollow tine aeration where needed.  Then seed is scattered using machinery or by hand and then finally top dressed.  Once done, water regular for 2 weeks and the grass will begin to germinate.

We can perform this service as a one off or as part of an all year round lawn care service to help your lawn look beautiful.
